Band 5 Scrub Practitioners - ENT / MAX FAX TEAM
• We are looking for enthusiastic and experience scrub staff to come and join our ENT / Max Fax team.
• We are interested in hearing staff from diverse range of perioperative experience who are looking to develop their career in ENT/ max fax perioperative service.
• We are happy to support and facilitate the training of the individuals who are keen to learn.
• In ENT theatres we do all types of adult and paediatric airway cases , robotic neck dissection, laryngectomy Free flaps, intutive TORS and in Max Fax

We do all types of general surgery cases including open, laparoscopic and Robotic cases.
• We have 33 operating theatres between St George's and Queen Mary's Hospitals .

The main duties of this job role include:
• Setting, monitoring and maintaining excellent standards of nursing care in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensuring that nursing procedures are carried out in accordance to Trust's polices.
• As skills and competencies develop, taking charge and actively participating in and contributing to the management of the theatre area or on a regular basis.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
