Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Lincolnshire Countywide Community Respiratory Team (CCRT). This post is to support the leadership and development of the pulmonary rehabilitation service offer. As an Integrated Community Respiratory service, we also provide an ARAS and EAD service, Complex case management, Home Oxygen service and a virtual ward. The successful candidate will be expected to support all these services over 7 days. We are looking for a clinician who has experience in working with respiratory conditions and has a passion to develop their existing knowledge and someone who has previous experience in, and passion for developing others. You will be expected to shape the current existing service, continuing to raise the identity and provide high quality respiratory care throughout the community. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious practitioners to join the existing team on a fixed term basis.
In this role you will form part of the pulmonary rehabilitation leadership team and will support in the day to day running of this service. As well Pulmonary Rahab, you may be asked to provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients requiring acute respiratory assessment, early and routine supported discharge, oxygen therapy and complex case management. The post holder will also be professionally responsible for any junior staff working under them and support the Clinical Leads with the management and clinical guidance of the MDT.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious clinician. The successful applicant will form part of our multi-disciplinary respiratory team which consists of Respiratory Nurse Specialists, Respiratory Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants and Assistant Practitioners. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively and be able to work flexibly within the team and be confident in completing individual tasks.
The base for these posts is flexible depending upon the successful applicant. This post requires you to have the ability to travel between locations to carry out your work and to attend training and meetings; daily access to transport is therefore essential.
