Job Role Summary
Rockley is currently seeking driven, enthusiastic, and highly professional individuals to join our dynamic team as Guest Experience Assistants at our Buddens Activity Centre.
As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team responsible for the seamless operation of the centre. Your role in the guest experience team will encompass maintaining our facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall experience for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Maintain the cleanliness of the shower and toilet facilities, tented accommodations and perform various domestic tasks
Liaise with customers daily to ensure the smooth running of their residential & day trips
Contribute to general site maintenance and upkeep
Collaborate with the centre team to oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre
Provide attentive care to our young customers when required
Provide support in the kitchen as required
Work closely with the team to operate the Buddens tuck shop
Work as an integral part of the Guest Experience Team to provide excellent customer service.
Desired Experience, Qualifications & Abilities
Full UK Driving License
Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
Experience working with children
Previous experience in a catering environment
Hold an Enhanced DBS check (this can be completed upon offer of employment).

The Benefits
Salary based on 33 hours per week, paid on a 4-weekly basis
5-day working week / 6-day in peak season – part time hours are available
Accommodation available at a weekly charge
Access to FREE training with Rockley. (Subject to a training contract)

Discount in our onsite tuck shop (Buddens) & café (Rockley Point)
