We are representing a reputable and established law firm in Newcastle, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy department supporting the Head of Conveyancing.

About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will provide vital support to the Head of Department, assisting with a wide range of conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of Equity
Duties will include:
- Preparation files for completion and exchange
- Conducting searches
- Liaising with clients, Solicitors, estate agents and other professionals
- Managing and organising case files
- Assisting with administrative tasks
About You:
- Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal/Conveyancing Assistant.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Used to working under pressure.
