Summary

At FM Conway we are passionate and committed to showcasing the fantastic career opportunities within the Construction Industry.

Our dedicated careers weeks provide young people, aged 14 – 18 within education, a unique and dynamic programme that delivers an insight into the world of work. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts while developing practical skills to support their future careers.

The week blends site visits, careers information, employability workshops, business orientation and work ready skills in health and safety.

This one-week placement will run from the 7th July 2025 to 11th July 2025.

The placement is based in Southwark, London.

Places are limited and are unpaid.

Enthusiastic about learning and taking part in the programme
Have an interest in a career in construction and civil engineering and how things are built
Studying or have studied Skills in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects
Self-motivated and enjoy using your initiative


Attendance on this programme could lead to further work experience placement opportunities, a T-Level placement, or a place on our apprenticeship programme.
