Summary
We are now accepting applications for Outreach Mental Health Support Worker positions in Bristol - driving licence essential.
Full-time (37.5 hrs.), permanent contract offered. Part-time may be considered, min. 25 hrs., subject to availability.
Hours are worked on a two-weekly rolling rota, with varying shifts between the hours of 8 am - 10 pm, and a fortnightly weekend shift, either on a Saturday or Sunday (no sleep-ins/waking nights).
Our company is an established Supported Living provider for adults, with a regularly good or outstanding CQC rating, and we assist service users with a wide range of support needs, including: mental health conditions; alcohol and substance addictions; learning disabilities; autism/Asperger’s; trauma; self-harm & suicide attempts; personality disorder, and other behaviours that challenge. Based on Person Centred principles, our aim is to assist service users to develop or re-gain greatest possible independence.
Driving licence essential, as we also support outreach clients ! - Company fleet vehicles available for work journeys, or generous mileage allowance paid for staff using their own car (by agreement).
We welcome applicants from all sections of society, including mature candidates. Previous support work experience preferred, although we do provide all necessary training.

Package:
· Current hourly starting rate is between £13.00 (unqualified) and £13.38 (NVQ3 Health & Social Care or equivalent) qualified = annual starting salary on 37.5 hours p/w: £25348.41 / £ 26088.65.
· Staff loyalty pay scheme with increases after 13 months, 25 months and upon completion of selected qualifications or promotions & loyalty bonus after 3 years of employment.
