Summary
The Company is a Nottingham based business specialised in the development, Manufacture and Distribution of food supplements and personal care products for customers in the UK and Overseas.
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and expanding health and beauty business to support the warehouse and distribution of incoming and outgoing materials.
The Post & Salary
Applicants should have good attention to detail, be self-motivated reliable and willing to take ownership of the role, have a clean driving license and a current Bendi forklift truck license.
Working hours are 8-4pm days or otherwise as agreed with Management.
You will be responsible for your own work and time management.
Familiar with office-based software, however training will be provided.
Starting salary is subject to experience plus overtime working when required.
Hours are 7.5 hrs with unpaid lunch break. Overtime is available on both weekday and weekends. Discretionary bonus being paid to those individuals demonstrating above average performance.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Offloading / Loading goods and materials for transportation and receipt.
• Working closely with the production and quality department.
• Booking in raw materials on arrival.
• Picking of materials and components for production and external shipping.
• Stock location control and general warehouse maintenance.
• Checking products for quality and reporting any defects.
• Preparing goods for despatch.
