Summary

About the role

Working within a fast-paced, down-to-earth, and dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating impactful and engaging content and campaigns to mass and targeted colleague populations.

You’ll report to the Senior Content Manager and work closely with other Content Managers to execute high quality content that drives advocacy for us as a Great Place to Work and to Shop.

You will be responsible for

  • Creating engaging content for c.250,00 UK colleagues, including colleagues in our stores, Distribution and Office, that keeps colleagues connected with what\'s happening around the business.
  • Turning a colleague campaign into compelling pieces of content, identifying the most appropriate channel mix (social news platform, emails, posters) to achieve maximum cut through and in line with the tone of voice.
  • Designing, creating and delivering impactful content that keeps colleagues engaged with the social news platform, returning time and again, with clear measures of success.
  • Working closely with other Content Managers for quality control and consistency of high-quality content
  • Personalising and tailoring content to ensure maximum relevancy.

You will need

  • To be an experienced content creator across social platforms
  • To be highly organised, juggling multiple agendas
  • To be a creative, analytical thinker
  • To deliver across multiple topics with differing timescales and complexities, working at pace
  • Experience managing an online community, but this is not essential.
