Summary
Are you an experienced Motor Claims Handler seeking a fresh opportunity? A well-established general insurance company is expanding and looking for talented individuals to join their team. This role offers career growth and recognition for your contributions.
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Process First Notification of Loss (FNOL) motor claims with accuracy and speed.
✅ Manage a diverse caseload via phone and written communication.
✅ Be the primary contact for policyholders and brokers, delivering excellent customer service.
✅ Identify and escalate fraudulent activity and underwriting concerns.
✅ Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What We Need From You:
✔ Strong customer service and computer skills.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
✔ A problem-solving mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
✔ At least 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (higher salary for more experience).
✔ CII Certificate (or willingness to pursue with company support).
✔ Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent).

35-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9 AM - 1 PM).
