Summary
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Machining Manufacturer in their search for a Field Service Engineer to service the South England Region
For the successful Field Service Engineer our client is offering:
• Up to £40,000 Per Annum
• Monday to Friday, Days role, 45-hours per week
• Permanent contract
• Overtime paid at x1.5 rate (+9 hours each day & Saturdays)
• Sundays/Bank Holidays paid at x2 rate
• Benefits: Company Car, Laptop, Phone, Holidays, ON-CALL (Technical Support Only) Flat Payment Rate, Pension
The role – Field Service Engineer :
• To carry out repairs, on-site commissioning, service, and calibration of customer's check-weighing equipment
• Carry out upgrades and refurbishments on customer site.
• Handle on-site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner.
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the company procedures.
• Provide technical support via phone and email where required
What our client is looking for in a Field Service Engineer :
• Previous experience working in a field service engineering role within the food packaging or production industry - ESSENTIAL
• Experience repairing and maintaining check-weighing machines, multi-head check-weighers, and high-speed precision weighing equipment - ESSENTIAL
• BTEC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering - ESSENTIAL
• Driver's License and Ability to Travel regionally
