Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Police Station Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based at both Howden & Goole Police Stations so your own transport is key.
Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors to a high standard throughout the Police Station. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
This is a Permanent position of 16 hours per week working Monday to Friday covering 3 stations in the area visiting them 2-3 times per week with a bit of movement to choose your set daytime hours. Please note :- one station does have kennels
Flexibility is important as these hours will increase from time to time to cover another local station for holidays & sickness – hours to be discussed during the interview . Own Transport is an advantage.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Damp & spot mopping, Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning changing rooms, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
• To keep the tea/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
• Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
Key requirements:
• You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
• Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of the office staff
• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
• The appointment of this role will be subject to completion of a Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check and you must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.
