Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification :- o Update website content on a regular basis ensuring it remains relevant and up to date, working with relevant stakeholders. Work with the Trust Digital Manager and Head of Digital to develop new web pages to highlight key infrastructure.o Drive awareness of key research breakthroughs to trigger timely content development that drives the thought leadership agenda. Develop strong professional relationships with clinical and research staff.o Amend and repurpose press releases published to the main websites of The Royal Marsden and the ICR to include on the NIHR BRC website, in addition to drafting independent news articles.o Develop content for impactful BRC and CRF social media campaigns working closely with The Royal Marsden Social Media Manager.o Understand and apply agreed editorial and brand guidelines to all copy and imagery in order to maintain a high standard for all content published.o Work with The Royal Marsden in-house videographer to coordinate the production of video content when necessary.o Working with the Trust Digital Manager and Head of Digital, assess engagement metrics for the BRC website and social media channels and make recommendations to improve engagement.
