Engage Talent Partners are assisting our client to recruit a full-time Forklift Operator to support a well-established local business in Aberdeen.
You will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate and relocate stacked bale materials on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 3.5 Tonne Forklift maintaining safety and compliance.
- Maintain the Forklift and ensure it is in good working order, while inspecting and reporting any damage or malfunction.
- Safely unload and load materials onto and off the forklift.
- Follow and understand all safety protocols and regulations while operating the forklift.
- Maintain records of moved stock and other tasks.
- Ensure communication with site workers to coordinate efficient movement of stock.
Applicants must hold a valid certification to operate a 3.5 tonne forklift and have relevant work experience in a similar role. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
The role offers Monday-Friday work with the availability of overtime with a competitive salary.
