Short Term Contract

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a successful 11-18 girls’ grammar school in Reading on a short-term contract for Terms 5 and 6.

Graded ‘Outstanding’ in all its OFSTED inspections, Kendrick School is a centre of academic excellence with a track record of high performance and achievement.

Applicants need to be able to teach Science at KS3. The ability to teach Chemistry to GCSE would be desirable. Kendrick School is a centre of academic excellence with a track record of high performance and achievement.

This position would suit a recently qualified teacher or more experienced teacher who is able to impart passion and enthusiasm for the subject to highly motivated, creative and engaging students.

Kendrick School has a very good track record of developing ECTs and the successful candidate would be joining a supportive and experienced department. Sponsorship is available but applicants would be expected to have knowledge of GCSE and A Level education system.
