Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for the Team Manager role within Trafford Extended Service. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills who is enthusiastic, motivated and has a genuine passion to support the team to deliver safe, effective and high-quality services to our service users and carers.
The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse or allied health professional who will relish working within the vibrant and challenging environment. Trafford Extended Service is a specialist, multi-disciplinary, community-based team providing a range of interventions and support including:
• An autism diagnosis service with focused post-diagnostic and group support
• Consultation, supervision and training to individuals and services who need assistance to develop skills working with people with adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism.
• Diagnosis, pharmacological intervention and focused support for service users with adult ADHD.
To provide leadership and management for all staff in Trafford Extended Service and have a key responsibility for monitoring and maintaining high standards of care, including service quality, governance and performance, within the agreed budget and service level agreements.
Participation in locality leadership meetings and developments.
Participate in the service Bronze on call and Bronze on Site rota as required.
