Kisharon Langdon UK has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Graphic Designer to join their growing team in Colindale, North West London.

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications the Creative Graphic Designer will work as part of a fast-paced team, using their strong artistic vision and design skills to develop visually captivating and innovative material across various mediums including print and digital platforms to effectively communicate brand identity and messaging.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate and develop brand guidelines and project briefs into consistent, cohesive designs. Working with a range of stakeholders, the role will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts that meet the project briefs and objectives.
The role will be required to work with both external agencies and closely with our Marketing and Design Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver high-quality print and digital designs, ensuring projects are completed on time and in line with brand guidelines.
To lead design projects such as fundraising appeals, ads for events, key organisational marketing collateral and material for campaigns from concept to completion, working with clients to meet briefs.
To work with the Marketing and Communications team to support the strategy and needs across Kisharon Langdon, ensuring all marketing and communications are accessible and in line with best practice accessibility standards.
To work with the team to produce new content for various channels and material and to contribute to and implement improvements to the brand’s visual identity, literature and guidelines.
To be proactive, creative and enthusiastic in your contribution to achieve strong brand awareness, growth in income and wider supporter engagement.
To work with others in the Marketing and Communications team and others across the organisation as needed, playing a key role in content planning and development.
About You
Educated to degree level in a relevant specialism (e.g. Marketing, Graphic Design) or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience working with both print and digital design.
Experience with creating various assets as part of campaigns including digital assets for social media and websites.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, adhering to brand guidelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g. adobe creative suite) & familiarity with animation tools.
Commitment to the organisation’s ethos and aims, and the ability to respect, support, promote and work within a Jewish ethos.
