Randstad Education is excited to partner with a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Bradford who are looking for a dedicated and talented HLTA to join their team.
In this role you will:
- Support pupils across Key Stages 1 & 2, working both in small groups and 1:1 to help them reach their full potential.
- Deliver engaging interventions and booster sessions, using your expertise to address individual learning needs and accelerate progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and implement creative learning activities, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and building their confidence and self-esteem.
- Contribute to a supportive and nurturing school community, working alongside a dedicated team of teachers and support staff.
We're looking for an HLTA who:
- Holds a HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Has experience working in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrates a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Possesses strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
- Is an excellent communicator and team player.
