Summary
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Order Processing Team Member to join our growing eCommerce business. If you’re confident using computers, quick to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Processing online orders with accuracy and efficiency
Managing printers and replenishing computer consumables
Maintaining organised records and updating order statuses
Handling a high-volume workload while staying calm under pressure
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Confident using computers and office software
✔ Strong attention to detail and a great memory
✔ A fast learner with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
✔ Ability to prioritise tasks effectively – no mobile phone use during shifts
✔ Great work ethic and a commitment to the team
✔ GCSEs in English & Maths preferred
✔ Office experience is a bonus but not essential
