Summary

As Housing Contracts Officer, you will lead in the management and coordination of contracting, contract compliance and the quality and performance monitoring arrangements of Housingand#39;s Contractors.



We have seen increasing costs for delivery of our services.andnbsp; Your role would be to manage the day to day commissioning, procurement and contracting functions to ensure all our spend is inline with our contractual arrangements, meets our service needs and adheres to financial procedures with a view to ensuring value for money.



The Housing Contract Officer is an integral part of the Housing service, supporting teams, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and regulatory compliance.andnbsp;



The role would suit a self motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills, a proven background in a contracts or procurement environment and a drive to deliver excellent service to Council tenants.andnbsp;
