Due to the high demand for our services, we are looking for Cleaning Operative Supervisor who is Honest, Hardworking and Reliable individual to join our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:- You will be expected to carry out cleaning duties as well as administration work. You will be expected to work alongside a team of Cleaning Operatives and act as a mentor within your role as Cleaning Operative Supervisor.
Changing and making beds
Sanitisation of all areas' of client properties
Dusting & polishing
Hovering, sweeping & mopping
Window cleaning(Internal only)
Use of washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers
Oven cleaning
Fridge & freezer cleaning
Clearance
Decluttering
Deep & standard cleaning
Ironing & putting away laundry
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Administration
Must be well organised
Must meet set deadlines
Carry out spot checks in-line with company policies & procedures
Carry out supervisions & appraisals
Supervising a Team of Cleaning Operatives
Providing On-Call Support (out of hours emergencies) including weekdays, weekends & bank holidays on a set rota basis.
Must be confident in using computers, phone systems and IT systems.
Your level of experience may bring a higher salary rate.
