Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?
At HMS, we’re delivering high-quality construction and maintenance projects, and we need a commercially driven professional to
help us maximise efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee contracts, procurement, and invoicing to drive profitability.
* Support teams with budgeting, forecasting, and contract claims.
* Produce accurate valuations, reports, and financial assessments.
* Negotiate with contractors to maintain quality, cost, and compliance.
* Identify underperformance, drive improvements, and support business growth.
Skills & Experience:
* Construction or Quantity Surveying qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 4.
* Experience of commercial Quantity surveying / Estimating.
* Full UK or EU driving license.
