Join our team as a Mental Health Trainer and make a difference!

Are you ready to embark on a journey where your passion for mental health meets your expertise in training and development? Do you thrive on delivering high-quality training that makes a real impact? If so, we want you to join our team at Inspire North as a Mental Health Trainer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of Learning & Development in executing our Training, Learning, and Development Strategy.

If you have
• Experience of delivering training/teaching or group facilitation.
• The ability to understand, relate and respond positively, flexibly and imaginatively to the needs of delegates.
• A commitment to work positively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
• Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
