We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Engineering Scholarship Programme Co-ordinator to join our Engineering department. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the managing and growing the college's scholarship programme across our college buildings are maintained to the highest standards, while being an integral part of our thriving academic community.



What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Engineering Scholarship Programme Co-ordinator, you will:

Oversee the administration of the directorate's scholarship programme, ensuring it aligns with institutional goals and student needs. 
Promote scholarship opportunities to current and prospective students. 
Coordinate the scholarship application and selection process, including reviewing applications, organising selection committees, and communicating decisions. 
Maintain positive relationships with sponsors to help secure future scholarship opportunities. 
Monitor and report on the impact of scholarships on student success and program outcomes. 
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies related to scholarships. 


What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who:

Are educated to Level 3 or above, ideally in an engineering or related technical discipline. 
Hold grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Have a commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
Have a personal commitment to continuous professional development.
Have relevant work-based experience, ideally in an industrial engineering environment – design, project management, manufacturing or production-based role. 
Have proven experience in employer engagement, partnership development, or a related role within education.
