We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader who will:
- Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
- Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
- Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
- Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
- Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
