We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team, specialising in dementia and older age care, at our Egham and Bracknell locations. As a registered nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our elderly patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding care to elderly patients, including those with dementia, in line with clinical guidelines.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care for elderly patients.
- Offering emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care plans.
- Assessing the health and well-being of elderly patients and adjusting care as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid NMC PIN and be a registered nurse.
- Experience or an interest in dementia and older age care is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Previous nursing experience in elderly or dementia care is preferred but not essential.
