Summary
Are you an experienced CNC Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step into a supervisory role? Or perhaps you’re already leading a team and seeking a new challenge?
We’re looking for a CNC Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of four engineers while remaining hands-on with fault finding, repairs, and PPMs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electrical and mechanical skills, PLC fault-finding experience, and a background in maintenance of CNC machinery.
What’s on offer?
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Fixed day shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Further training in electrical systems & management
Progression opportunities within a growing company
The role:
Hands-on CNC maintenance, including fault finding, repairs, and PPMs
Supporting and mentoring a team of four engineers
Ordering parts and managing work schedules
PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
Installing and commissioning new machinery
What we’re looking for:
Strong CNC maintenance experience (fault finding & repairs)
Electrical qualifications
Experience with PLC fault finding
A background in installing and commissioning machinery
Any supervisory experience is beneficial, but we’re also open to experienced engineers looking to step up into leadership
