Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on various projects and initiatives.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Manage and resolve legal disputes and issues that arise during projects.
Prepare legal documentation and correspondence as necessary.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the bar association.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with project management involvement.
Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and techniques.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £38.43
