Location: Exeter
Salary: up to £30,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job overview:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on a range of products, assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Your contribution will help maintain the high standards of the company while ensuring that customers receive outstanding experience.
Key responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending products that meet those needs.
· Handle customer enquiries, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues related to products and services.
· Assist with external customer visits when required and attend sales events or meetings as directed by management.
· Provide professional, friendly customer service and expert advice about products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
· Conduct stock takes and ensure the showroom is well stocked and organised.
· Participate in product training to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills and requirements:
· Strong IT skills, with a comfortable knowledge of using sales systems and basic office software.
· A full UK driving license is preferred but not required.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide them with tailored solutions.
· Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a retail or product-based environment.
· Self-motivated and proactive.
