This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Conversion Manager to join the Adam Smith Business School (ASBS) on a permanent basis.
In this role, the successful candidate will support the continuing development of the ASBS by managing all parts of the recruitment and conversion process for ASBS applicants and offer holders in line with the School and Marketing & Recruitment strategies.
As a member of the School Professional Services Team, you will work in partnership with stakeholders on the effective implementation of the School's Learning & Teaching strategy with a specific focus on the delivery of student recruitment targets, internationalisation opportunities and teaching portfolio development. A key deliverable of the role will be to support the achievement of the School's student growth ambition, ensuring effective operationalisation of recruitment and conversion activity and leading the School's admissions process in partnership with the University's External Relations function.
This post is full time (35 hours per week – there may be some international travel required and evening/weekend work at times) and is offered on an open ended basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
