Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional looking for your next leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our South Norwood branch, ensuring high-quality care and education for children while supporting a team of enthusiastic practitioners.
About the Role:
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery, including:
✅ Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
✅ Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding early years education
✅ Managing nursery operations, including staffing, compliance, and finances
✅ Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
✅ Ensuring the nursery meets all Ofsted and EYFS standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred)
✔️ Proven experience in a management role within an early years setting
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔️ A passion for child development and a commitment to high-quality education
✔️ Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery compliance
