We are looking for experienced Support Workers in the Heanor area.
You will be working in a 16-bedroom single-level building which provides a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment for both male and female service users. The facilities are designed to promote recovery and increased independence. The unit is based within the Heanor area of Derbyshire.
In this role, you will be supporting service users with mental health illnesses. Your duties will be assisting service users with daily living, including aspects of personal care and promoting independence. You will encourage service users to participate in daily activities, complete paperwork, follow tailored care plans and administer medication.

For this role you will need:
- A minimum of 3 months of paid UK care experience
- A referencable work history
- A Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months (or registered on the update service)
- Mandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months
Please note if you do not have the DBS or training we are able to assist with these at cost price.
Ongoing
You will be working from 07:00 to 19:30 on various days from Monday to Friday.
You will be paid £11.50 per hour
