Summary
The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator for our Wolverhampton based client.
Working hours are 8:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
Pay rate is £12.21 per hour
As a Purchase Clerk your duties will include: Processing invoices on our SAGE financial system and filling them accordingly Reconciling company credit card statements Managing key supplier accounts Liaising with suppliers and regional depot managers to resolve invoice queries Creating and Maintaining suppliers accounts reviewing procedures and system to identify improvement opportunities Preparing payments to be made via BACS Requirements: Have a keep eye for detail and accuracy Enjoy working as part of a small team in a busy environment Be a good communicator -with both external and internal stakeholders Be able to work to deadlines Ideally have knowledge of SAGE accounts Benefits of working for TBC can also be included when applicable:
