Summary
This role involves a varied job plan, including 40% of your time working on an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner single response vehicle providing operational urgent and emergency care, 40% of your time working in an Urgent Care Hub providing remote clinical assessment, advice, and support to staff and patients, and 20% of your working time undertaking professional leadership activities such as clinical supervision, education and research. It is a requirement of the role that you are able to fulfil all elements. You will be required to demonstrate excellent clinical competence and patient care, robust communication skills, a forward thinking and positive approach.
