The Senior Engagement Lead will take a key role in leading and managing the delivery of a programme of engagement and communication activity in support of government and other Skills for Care contracts and projects.
You will be responsible for identifying the new engagement methodologies and tactics required to delivery Skills for Care’s work programme and driving their adoption across the team. You will take a pivotal role in embedding the use of consistent and efficient approaches across different parts of the organisation. Working with colleagues across the Engagement Directorate, as well as the wider business to develop the systems and processes required to ensure engagement and communication activity in support of government and other Skills for Care contracts is effectively delivered, you will record and report on Key Performance Indicators regularly.
The Senior Engagement Lead will oversee the work of and line manage a small number of direct reports, and will also work in a matrixed way, directing or coordinating the work of colleagues who whom you don’t line manage. This may sometimes include senior members of the team and wider Engagement Directorate.
