Looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead service excellence in one of Windsor's most charming dining establishments?

The Role: As Head of department you'll be responsible for maintaining our high service standards while leading and developing our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the waiting team
• Ensure seamless service delivery
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Manage guest relations and special requests
• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house
• Handle reservations and table planning
• Maintain service standards and procedures
• Assist with staff scheduling
• Handle guest feedback professionally
Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellence in customer service
• Wine knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Smart presentation
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities
