Summary

Location: City of London, near St. Paul's Cathedral

Working Hours: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days a week in London office, 2 days at home), 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with some flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly and mid-month payment runs
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing and verification of purchase invoices
  • Requesting invoice approval from budget holders
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • Reconciliation of monitored invoices with CHAS
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Credit card/Pleo transaction reconciliation
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details

Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in purchase ledger tasks and be looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.
