Are you and experienced SEN Teacher or Qualified (QTS) teacher who is interested in a role as a SEN English & Maths Teacher?

This “Good” and ever improving school provision offers circa 30 places to learners aged 10-19 – Social Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties (SEBD). The school is thriving and developing in an eco-friendly setting and the additional of an SEN English & Maths Teacher would be a welcome addition to this family orrientated school.
As a SEN English & Maths Teacher, you will be delivering catered curricullum lessons to pupils in 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 lessons. You will have an exceptional support network and a widely experienced team to scaffold your efforts. Many pupils go on to take GCSE’s and there have been multiple success stories within this school provision.
About You - SEN English & Maths Teacher
• Experiened SEN teacher or SEN Tutor with experience in a similar setting
• Or a Qualified teacher (QTS) looking for a change
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different learning needs.
• An empathetic and patient personality, with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students aged 10-19 years old
• Ability to differentiate lessons and produce a curricullum catered to the needs of each learner
The Role - SEN English & Maths Teacher
• Delivering of high-quality, tailored lessons for students with SEBD
• Help students with their academic progress, preparing them for exams and overcoming learning barriers
• Collaborate with support staff to support the development of each student
• Support students in managing their behaviour and emotional well-being in a classroom setting
