Joining a team preparing for growth, your primary responsibility as a Senior People Business Partner will be to play a strategic
role in driving the human resources function within your allocated business area. You will collaborate with senior leaders and
business stakeholders to develop and implement People strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the overall Group
business objectives. You will provide coaching and leadership to People Advisors and expert guidance and support to managers in
areas such as talent management, complex employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and People
analytics.




It is critical this role acts as a strong business partner and critical friend within the business and seek to cascade and
translate the overall business objectives into your business area. As part of the People team, you will be an advocate for
inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s Values.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Partner with leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them. Provide input on workforce
planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies which support the delivery of the Group plan.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to People team members.
* Lead and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment. Develop and implement
programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and work-life balance.
* Advise senior managers on complex employee relations issues. Support the advisory team to provide guidance, support, and
resolution to employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Lead the develop and implement HR policies and
procedures to promote fair and consistent practices across the organisation. Communicate and educate People team members and
senior leaders’ best practice, policies.
* Leverage People data and analytics to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions. Provide meaningful
People metrics and reports to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
* Participate in People-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement
efforts within the People department.


ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role, you will have strong generalist HR experience working in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment
within a complex multifaceted organisation. You will have the ability to build exceptional stakeholder relationships and to
understand the organisation's goals and challenges, with the aptitude to lead and influence change in a complex and fast-paced
environment.



EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Significant progressive HR experience, the most recent experience being within a strategic HR business partner role.
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand the organisation's goals and challenges.
* Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the
organisation.
* Analytical mindset and proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
* Proven ability to lead and influence change in a complex and fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
* Experience of working in a multi-site role, ideally within a similar environment.
