Summary
We are an 18th century, family-run 17 bedroomed hotel located in the market place of Spalding. Our bar is popular with shoppers in the day time and those looking to socialise on an evening.
We are looking for friendly Apprentice Chef to join our team.
You will be based in our restaurant kitchen working alongside our team of chefs to help prepare food and you will also be enrolled on a Level 2 recognised qualification supplied by Hit Training to learn whilst you work.
The hours will vary each week, but will generally be around 30 due to the necessary level needed to complete the training. The shifts will be a mix of day time, evening and weekend work. You must also be available to work high volume days such as Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day etc.
