Arborist Team Leader
Location: Bath
Salary: Attractive Hourly Rate DOE
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM


About the role

As an Arborist Team Leader, you will focus on the day-to-day running of the contract, managing the planning and performance of works through area-based teams and ensuring that the required contract specifications are met. You will have responsibility for people management, and health and safety conformance. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and the highest performance standards.

Requirements



  • This role will require Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31), Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39)

  • Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41) would be desirable.

  • Proven experience as an Arborist

  • Full Clean Driving Licence.

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management.

  • Ability to train, guide, and mentor others in arb techniques

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
