Summary
**Job Title: Injection Molding Setter**
* **39 hours per week** on a **2-week rotating shift pattern** :
* **Shift 1:** Monday-Thursday (6am-2pm), Friday (6am-1pm)
* **Shift 2:** Monday-Thursday (2pm-10pm), Friday (1pm-8pm)
* **Hourly rate: £15 per hour DOE**
**Who We Are Looking For**
We are seeking an experienced **Injection Molding Setter** to support the continued growth of our **Marco product range** .
**Key Responsibilities**
* Report to the Team Leader and follow all assigned tasks and instructions.
* Set up and operate **Injection Moulding Machines** .
* Maintain tools, including cleaning and insert changes.
* Assemble, pack, and identify supporting parts for our product range.
* Inspect incoming and outgoing parts and materials for quality assurance.
* Maintain accurate production and quality records.
* Ensure high levels of **5S workplace organization** .
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Adhere to **Health & Safety procedures** .
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Strong knowledge of **setting and running Injection Moulding Machines** .
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Motivation to meet targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
* Commitment to **ATIRE and SQDC** values.

* **Q** No defective raw materials accepted into the premises.
* **D** All raw material offloading completed efficiently.
