We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead an award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant in the Lake District. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager or ambitious Assistant Manager to step up in a luxury dining environment.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining restaurant
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, train, and inspire a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Organised, detail-driven, and creative in service execution
• A self-motivated, energetic personality with a drive to succeed
