Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic teacher to work alongside the Headteacher. This post will be class based, with weekly leadership time out of class. The candidate will be:
• An outstanding class teacher
• A highly effective senior leader
• Able to work alongside the headteacher
• Able to actively contribute to the strategic leadership of the school
• Committed to high expectations of achievement and behaviour
• A team player
• Sensitive and fun, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of pupils
