Duties & Responsibilities of a Roofing Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage all roofing projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Desirable Experience Required to Work as a Roofing Project Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project management role within the roofing or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of roofing techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial control.
Qualifications & Skills Required to Work as a Roofing Project Manager:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
