Summary
Job Title: Caretaker/Gardener
Working Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri = 07:00am - 10:00am. Weds - 07:00 - 12:00pm = Total of 17 hours per week
Location: Walton, L4

This business is a Primary School, very well-known and liked in the area. They operate from Nursery up to Infants.
The typical duties whilst working in this post are (but not limited to):
Some outdoor work - General gardening - Maintenance of flower beds, cutting of grass, trimming of trees, litter picking
Small maintenance work inside the building - Touching up of paint, reporting any faults etc
Assisting inside with other duties - Preparing rooms if needed, Distributing the fruit in the mornings, opening up of the building
Ideally have knowledge or experience doing the weekly checks - Fire alarms, Emergency lighting etc.
For this position, the School are paying up to £14.94 per hour depending on experience.
Due to this being in a school, the appointed person will need to either have an active Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to have on carried out.
