Summary
As a member of the unitary board, each board director is jointly responsible for planning and allocating resources to meet the four core purposes of integrated care systems (ICSs): To improve outcomes in population health and healthcare Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience, and access Enhance productivity and value for money Help the NHS support broader social and economic development. They are each responsible for their part in the management of the budget of the ICB. The Executive Director of Delivery and Operations will: Analyse service performance and identify areas for improvement.
