Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible Working Patterns Available)
About the Role:
We are searching for a dedicated Insurance Claims Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in motor claims and personal injury, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a supportive and forward-thinking company.
You will manage Third-Party Vehicle and Property Damage claims while ensuring a fair and efficient resolution. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of third-party claims, including high-value and disputed cases.
Conduct liability investigations and work closely with insurers and legal teams.
Work with accident management firms and other external partners.
Identify fraudulent activity and escalate as necessary.
Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the claims process.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience in motor claims handling.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
CII Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
