Summary
Cafcass Manchester - £34.50
Conducting assessments and directly engaging with children to understand and represent their views and wishes to the court. - Using expertise in robust risk assessment and mediation will be essential as you advocate for arrangements that prioritise the best interest of the children. Who we're looking for: - Relevant Social Work qualification is essential. - You must be registered with Social Work England regulator. - You'll ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. - Experience in Family Court proceedings and understanding of Private Law would be an advantage. -Organised and resilient with ability to work independently and managing workload effectively.
Cafcass Chelmsford - £37.25
Core hours are 9 am to 5pm but some flexibility is required and is possible in order to meet the needs of children and families. There will be some days that you can work from home but due to the requirements to attend court, meet children in person and attend the office for planned meetings/ learning opportunities it is unlikely that this would regularly be the same day of the week and therefore you would need to be available to work in the office/ Essex area any day of the week. The work is fast paced and good planning, front loading and time management are essential. A high standard of written work is required and good direct work skills are needed
