The Role
We are looking for a Junior Manager to support the VIC Manager with day-to-day operations, providing an excellent welcome and information service to the public, retail and experience sales, and the promotion of Chester and Cheshire. This key-holder role also provides cover and supervision of staff in the absence of the VIC Manager or VIC Assistant Manager.

Welcoming local and international visitors, you will be the first point of contact for many people to the city. That means being helpful, listening and talking to them, to understand their needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high level of customer care and inspiring team members to achieve the same
- Operating the Zonal till system and handling financial transactions including returns/exchanges
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures
- Attending external events i.e. Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington (ECW) Away - Days and partner familiarisation visits
