Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and strengths.
Develop and implement individualized service plans that promote the well-being of children and families.
Provide support and guidance to children and parents through counseling, education, and resources.
Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate services.
Advocate for children's rights and ensure their needs are met within the social welfare system.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of case files and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Valid state social work license or certification.
Experience working with children and families in a social services setting.
Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and mental health issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for case management and documentation.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.08
